We accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases:
— The item arrived damaged or defective
— The wrong item was sent
— The print quality is significantly different from what was shown
— The item was lost in transit
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or the expected delivery date if lost).
1. Email us at hello@shopcinemanotebooks.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive either a replacement item at no cost or a full refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection as each item is printed specifically for your order. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product before purchasing.
